relaxed atmosphere professional staff
The pool area is lovely. I noticed Sinh and his colleagues were very attentive near the pool. They provided great service and created a relaxed atmosphere with their hospitality. I also enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar it had tasty cocktails and a very professional staff.
The club was not particularly convivial since it was à la carte instead of a buffet.

the breakfast had a large variety. i could find many delicious options. the staff was very helpful . i stayed on the top floor and it had a nice view.
the front desk gentleman seemed a bit unfriendly, but everything else was good.

the room was spacious with modern facilities. the location is convenient and provides a quiet oasis. i appreciated the extensive breakfast and the helpful staff.
the new year's eve party had over inflated drink prices. the wine and cocktails were not good. a limited menu was disappointing for the price.

damp smell omitted ventilation
I found the building lacking ventilation. A damp smell permeated everything. the staff explained the hotel design omitted ventilation beyond the ac, so room changes proved pointless. this resulted in rooms that smelled damp and bedding that felt cold. The ac offered no improvement. i would not stay here again due to this major issue.
